Warranty Information

Products sold through Four Speed Motorcycle Shop are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. We facilitate warranty claims through our distribution partner WPS (Wholesale Parts Service) and work with manufacturers on your behalf.

Manufacturer Warranties

Each product is covered by the warranty provided by its manufacturer. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by brand and product type. Common warranty coverage includes:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Manufacturing failures under normal use
  • Component failures within the warranty period

Warranty terms for specific products may be found in the product packaging or the manufacturer’s website. If you need help locating a manufacturer’s warranty policy, contact us and we’ll help.

What Is Not Covered

Warranties typically do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Damage from use outside the product’s intended purpose
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect
  • Products that have been modified or altered
  • Consumable items (filters, brake pads, tires) past their service life

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first. Email contact@4speedmotorcycle.shop with your order number, the item in question, and a description of the issue. Include photos if possible.
  2. We’ll assess the claim.We’ll review your claim and confirm whether it qualifies for warranty coverage based on the manufacturer’s terms.
  3. Return or inspection.Depending on the manufacturer’s process, you may need to return the item for inspection. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for valid warranty claims.
  4. Resolution. Once the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on availability and manufacturer policy.

Warranty vs. Return

Use a Return if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item
  • You changed your mind (within 30 days)
  • The item is unused and in original packaging
