We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay may be available depending on your browser.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on your location and selected shipping method — usually 3–7 business days for ground shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Yes. Orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Registered users can also track orders directly from their Order History page.
Please photograph the damage before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. See our full Return Policy for details and exceptions.

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Electrical components cannot be returned once removed from packaging due to safety and quality reasons. Please confirm fitment before opening.
