Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return Window: 30 Days

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Not installed, modified, or used in any way
  • Accompanied by your order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components (once removed from packaging, due to safety concerns)
  • Gaskets and seals (once packaging is opened)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, oils, fuels)
  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Special-order or custom items

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@4speedmotorcycle.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of use), we will contact you with options including having the item shipped back to you at your cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or we shipped the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the defect or incorrect item to expedite the process.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original following the process above and place a new order for the correct item. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
