Orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
Orders are typically processed and submitted to our distribution partner within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping notification once your order ships.
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your address. Typical options include:

Transit times begin after processing and do not include weekends or holidays.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
We ship to PO Boxes where carrier services allow. Some large or heavy items may not be eligible for PO Box delivery.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can also view tracking information in your Order History if you have an account.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system after you receive the notification.
Some items in our catalog are not eligible for drop shipment and must be picked up at our dealership location. These items are clearly marked during checkout. If your order contains a pickup-only item, we will contact you to arrange pickup once your order is processed.
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office or UPS/FedEx facility. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
